Safety valves

Safety valves makes it possible to evacuate media at a preset opening pressure. When the pressure returns to a normal level the valve closes to avoid further discharge. The function of the valve is to protect the pipe line from unwanted and unexpected pressure increase and prevent damages in the pipe line.

There are different types depending on application, media, pressure and temperature. Some applications requires the safety valve to open extra fast, whereas others don’t have this requirement.
